Carrot Zoodle Salad

2-3 large carrots (I used red carrots here)

2 large Zucchini

2-3 Garlic cloves minced

1/4 cup Olive Oil

2-3 Tbs. Coconut aminos (more if you want)

sprinkle with mineral salt

Spiralize the carrots and zucchini. In a separate bowl add minced garlic cloves, quality olive oil, and coconut aminos and stir. Add spiralized zoodles to a medium-high heat pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, just slightly soft and cooked. Then drizzle mixture over spiralized carrots and zucchini then sprinkle with mineral salt.
